Garmin in Thailand introduced new model – nuviCam LM

A new model has been introduced by Garmin Thailand – nuviCam LM

Prices:
in Thailand – 14,990.- THB (approximately USD 420.-)
on Garmin website version LM THD – USD 399,99.- (approximately 14,300.- THB)

So often requested 6-inch navigator is now available in Thailand.

nuviCam is a GPS navigator which combines nuvi (GPS navigator) with a driving recorder. It seems to be a perfect solution for current tendency in the navigation market. Driving recorders purchases are significantly increasing this year. In some countries where claiming insurance or proving innocency in road incidence, driving recorders are seen in majority of the cars in street.

The question is if you are willing to keep the GPS navigator constantly on your windshield/dashboard? If you are using GPS  for navigation every day, the space on the windshield is already taken, and if you have a driving recorder too, then you will get some more free space and visibility after replacing these two with nuviCam. 😉

Some of the main features:

  • 6-inch screen!
  • constantly recording and saves files on impact
  • Life Time Map updates
  • collision warning – alert if you drive too close to the car in front (I wonder how that works in Bangkok – share your experience and leave a comment)
